摘要
公众档案素养的高低直接关系到档案信息是否能够被高效利用。文章以用户为中心,分析培育用户档案素养的意义,结合目前用户档案素养培育中存在的用户对档案馆认知固化、档案部门公众关注度不足、档案利用获取方式不够便捷、用户隐私信息泄露等问题,提出利用社交媒体平台提升社会档案意识、创新公众档案素养教育模式、普及档案基础知识、保护用户隐私以规避档案利用信息道德风险等对策。
The level of public archival literacy directly affects the efficient use of archival information.This article focuses on users and analyzes the significance of cultivating user archival literacy.Based on current problems in user archival literacy cultivation,such as user cognitive fixation on archives,insufficient public attention to archival departments,inconvenient access to archival information,and risks of user privacy in-formation leakage.This study proposes strategies such as using social media platforms to raise awareness of archival literacy,innovating public education models for archival literacy,disseminating basic knowledge a-bout archives,and protecting user privacy to avoid ethical risks associated with using archival information.
