摘要
城乡融合是社会发展的必然趋势。档案公共服务的城乡融合发展既植根于城市的档案部门遵循社会公平原则,更自觉地向城乡供给均等服务和同质产品,以实现该领域的城乡一体、共同繁荣。无论从服务本身而言,还是从外部环境来看,它均有逻辑的必然与应然。本文分析了档案公共服务城乡融合发展的目标,包括服务对象全面包容以覆盖城乡居民,服务内容多元深化以适配城乡场景,服务质量优异均等以回应城乡期望。在此基础上,针对阻碍,从理念引领、机构建设、政策完善、技术赋能四方面提出发展路径。
The integration of urban and rural areas is an inevitable trend of social development.The urban-rural integration development of archives public services means that archival departments rooted in cities follow the principle of social equity and supply equal services and homogeneous products to urban and rural residents more consciously,so as to achieve urban-rural integration and common prosperity in this field.It is a logical necessity,both in terms of the service itself and the external environment.This paper analyzes the goals of the urban-rural integration development of archives public services,including comprehensive inclusion of service recipients to cover urban and rural residents,diversification and deepening of service contents to fit urban and rural scenes,and excellent equalization of service quality to meet urban and rural expectations.On this basis,the development paths are proposed in four aspects:concept guidance,institution building,policy improvement,and technological empowerment,in response to the obstacles.
