摘要
紫草为临床常用药,具有清热解毒、凉血活血、透疹等功效。国医大师禤国维在临床上灵活运用紫草治疗各类皮肤病,如银屑病、湿疹、系统性红斑狼疮、过敏性紫癜、扁平疣等,辨证内服或外用,随证加减。禤教授同时善用药对,如紫草与土茯苓、紫草与生地黄,紫草与茜草等,疗效颇佳。文章总结禤教授应用紫草治疗各种皮肤病的经验,为青年学者灵活运用中药治疗疾病提供了宝贵的经验。
Arnebiae Radix is commonly used in clinical medicine.It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation,and penetrating rash.TCM master XUAN Guowei can make great clinical effect in treating some skin diseases,such as psoriasis,eczema,systemic lupus erythematosus,allergic purpura,flat wart by using Arnebiae Radix fesibly,oral or external use with differentiation of symptoms and signs,add and subtract combined with different symptoms.Meanwhile professor XUAN is good at drug pair,such as Arnebiae Radix and Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma,Arnebiae Radix and Rehmanniae Radix,Arnebiae Radix and Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma,achieving good therapeutic efffects.This paper summarizes professor XUAN's experience in treating skin diseases with Arnebiae Radix,which provides valuable experience for young scholars.
