新型液态合金的研究现状及应用

摘要 液态合金因其呈现不定型的液态而具有极佳的导电、导热性能,是电学、热力学性能要求较高的行业首选材料,其应用正处于蓄势待发的阶段,会为众多领域带来新的变革。以镓基合金加入其他元素以调整合金成分及性能为主线,概述新型液态合金在国内外的发展动态,重点讨论新型液态合金的成分、性能及在导热散热、智能制造、柔性器件和润滑领域等方面的应用。 Liquid alloys have excellent electrical and thermal conductivity due to their amorphous liquid state,making them the preferred materials in the industry with high requirements for electrical and thermodynamic performance.Their applications are currently in a stage of potential development and will bring new changes to many fields.With the addition of other elements to gallium-based alloys to adjust the composition and properties of the alloy as the main line,the development trends of new liquid alloys at home and abroad are summarized.The composition and properties of the new liquid alloys and their applications in thermal conductivity and heat dissipation,smart manufacturing,flexible devices and lubrication fields were mainly discussed.
