基于校城共融的应用型本科人才培养模式改革探索

摘要 以西安文理学院生物与环境工程学院的应用型本科人才培养模式改革为背景,立足学校“坚持地方性、应用型、开放式,建设特色鲜明的高水平城市大学”的办学定位,围绕应用型人才培养目标,以生物科学专业为例,基于校城共融理念,围绕产业链优化专业链,服务地方生物医药产业;重构教学内容的三维度,打通一、二、三课堂,进行课内与课外、线上与线下、校内与校外联动协同培养;加快专业教育和“双创”教育的深度融合,探索实训平台+大创项目+学科竞赛+科研创新“四位一体”教学模式;通过行业导师制协同育人,全面提升应用型人才培养质量。 Taking the reform of the training mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in the school of biological and environmental engineering of Xi’an University as a background,based on the school’s orientation of“insisting on being local,application-oriented and open,and building a high-level city university with distinctive characteristics”,taking the training goal of applied talents as an example,taking the major of biological science as an example,and based on the concept of co-integration between the university and the city,the paper reconstructs three dimensions of teaching content,optimizes the major chain around the industrial chain,which serving the local biomedical industry.The paper connects the one,two and three classrooms,carries out collaborative training between inside and outside the classroom,online and offline,inside and outside the university,and accelerates the deep integration of professional education and innovative entrepreneurship education,and explores the four-in-one strategy including training platform,innovative entrepreneurial projects,discipline competition and scientific research innovation and also performs the industry mentorship system of collaborative education to comprehensively improve the quality of training of applied talents.
