摘要
明确警民冲突的结构性要素与构成性原因,对防范和处理警民冲突具有重要理论意义。从警察、民众以及警民交互三个维度来看,警民冲突首先是警察在组织化与个体化之间推拉和撕扯之结果,亦是民众对警察的诉求自反悖论推至极致之效应,更是警民不良交互耦合之外化。基于此,完善警民对话机制、重塑警民信任关系从而恢复良性警民交互耦合,是缓解警民冲突的现实路径。
It is of great theoretical significance to illustrate the structural elements and constitutive causes of the conflict between police and people.The paper argues that the conflict is firstly the result of the imbalance of the organization and individualization of police,then the effect of reflexive paradox with the public demands for police pushed to the extreme,and finally the dislocation coupling of police and people.Based on this,improving the police-people dialogue mechanism,reconstructing the police-people trust relationship and restoring the identity coupling of police-people coordination are just the realistic logic to alleviate the police-people conflict.
