摘要
三全育人背景下,高职院校实施文化育人,探索构建汇集中国传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化精华的文化育人体系路径,有利于整合优质教育资源,集育人主体之力,打造全新课程体系。高职院校应从物质、精神、制度和行为四个文化层面解析文化育人体系的构成,并基于顶层设计完成各个部分的构建,把文化育人理念融入校园文化建设、学生管理、专业课教学以及思政教育工作中,助力落实三全育人理念。
In the context of"three complete education",higher vocational colleges implement cultural education and explore ways to build a cultural education system that integrates the essence of Chinese traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,which is conducive to integrating high-quality educational resources,gathering the power of the main body of education,and creating a new curriculum system.Higher vocational colleges should analyze the composition of the cultural education system from the four cultural levels of material,spiritual,institutional,and behavioral aspects,and complete the construction of each part based on top-level design.The cultural education concept should be integrated into campus cultural construction,student management,professional course teaching,and ideological and political education work,to help implement the three complete education concept.
