摘要
为解决当前建设用地项目管理中信息关联较弱、管理协同困难、监管缺乏智能等问题,提出了一种基于数据图谱技术的“一码管地”管理体系。通过统一编码串联土地全生命周期的业务数据,实现全要素、全业务、全流程互联互通,并将该体系应用于“一码管地”平台,提高了用地项目审批、监管工作的智能性和时效性,说明基于数据图谱的“一码管地”管理体系具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。
To address the issues of weak information correlation,difficult management collaboration and lack of intelligent supervision in current construction land project management,we put forward a“One Code Land-use Management”system based on data graph.Through unified cod-ing and serialization of business data in the whole life cycle of land,we realized the interconnection of all elements,all services and the whole process,and applied this system to“One Code Land-use Management”platform,which could improve the intelligence and timeliness of approv-al and supervision of land-use projects.It shows that the“One Code Land-use Management”system based on data graph has good application prospects and promotion value.
