摘要
以土地利用“批、供、用、补、查”业务流为监管对象,以空间位置和业务关系为纽带,分析了建设用地全流程数据;通过一码关联,实时获取用地审批、土地供应、开发利用、耕地补充、土地执法等土地开发利用生命周期各环节变化信息,分析各类业务数据监管指标,开发建设用地全流程监管系统,实现建设用地全流程监测预警、空间查询与分析。
Taking the land use business flow“approve,supply,use,supplement and inspect”as the supervision object,and spatial location and business relationship as the link,we analyzed the construction land whole process data.Then we used one-code correlation to obtain the life cycle information of land development and utilization,such as land approval,land supply,development and utilization,cultivated land supplement and land law enforcement.Through the analysis of various business data monitoring indicators,we developed a construction land whole process mon-itoring system to achieve whole process monitoring early warning and spatial query and analysis.
