摘要
从儒家传统思想“执中达和”继承发展而来的“中和思想”指导着现代医家们的辨证论治。孙光荣治疗多类恶性肿瘤、疑难杂病已有多年学术积累和临床经验,渐趋形成有着个人特色的临床治病给药体系,通过调阴阳、和气血,采用祛邪扶正的三联药对,将患者机体调至阴平阳秘的“中和”状态,稳定内环境,延长患者生存期,提高生存质量。临床诊疗过程处处体现着中和思想的学术精髓。针对消化道恶性肿瘤阴盛阳衰、痰湿瘀积聚成患的特点,接诊时用该中和思想辨证处方,其三联药对的搭配使得扶正不忘祛邪,祛邪不易伤正,从而恢复机体阴阳动态平衡,阳气得以固守向上升发,阴气得以平顺向下沉降,效如桴鼓。本篇选取部分医案加以探析,为指导临床、开拓新思提供理论指导。
Neutralization Thought,inherited and developed from the Confucian traditional thought of“sticking to the middle and reaching the harmony”,guides the Chinese traditional medical doctors nowadays in their diagnosis and treatment.Sun Guangrong has many years of academic accumulation and clinical experience in treating many types of malignant tumors and miscellaneous diseases,and he has gradually formed a system of clinical treatment and administration of medicines with his personal characteristics.By adopting a triple drug pair method,regulate Yin and Yang,harmonize Qi and blood,and eliminate evil and strengthen the body,Sun treats the patients'bodies to a neutralized state of Yin and Yang,and successfully prolongs and patient's lives and improves their life quality.His whole clinical diagnosis and treatment process shows the academic essence of neutralization thought.In view of the characteristics of malignant tumors of the digestive tract caused by the accumulation of phlegm,dampness and stasis,Sun issues perceptions by using the neutralized thought and adopting the triple drug pair method,and makes it possible to strengthen the body without forgetting to remove evil and damaging the body,and rebalancing the dynamic balance of the body,let the Yang upward and Yin downward smoothly.This study,by selecting and analyzing some medical cases,tries to provide theoretical and practical guidance for clinical treatment.
