摘要 目的 为保障人们在户外急性发病时得到快速有效的救援,解决应急救援过程中抢救仪器不足、医护人员无法即刻到场的问题,对城市急救载具进行理性定义,提出一种急救机器人的新型院前急救方式。方法 基于模糊Kano模型对需求属性进行分析,采用1-9标度赋权法和熵权法结合的组合赋权方式得到用户需求的优先级排序,通过功能技术分析法(FAST)将需求转换为功能描述并进行设计输出。结果 将急救机器人应用于院前急救服务体系中,借助共享模式,满足用户对医疗救援与服务的需求,实现快速救援的目标,提高急救成功率。结论 构建FKANO-EWM-FAST集成模型以克服感性因素,在功能需求的基础上,实现层层转化并达成以用户为导向的设计目标,提升了设计过程中的准确性和科学性,也为类似问题提供了解决思路。 In order to ensure that people can receive rapid and effective rescue in the event of acute outdoor illness,and to solve the problems of insufficient rescue equipment and inability of medical personnel to arrive immediately during emergency rescue,the work aims to rationally define the urban emergency vehicles and propose a new type of pre-hospital emergency rescue method based on emergency robots.Based on the fuzzy Kano model,the demand attributes were analyzed,and a combination of 1-9 scale weighting method and entropy weighting method was used to obtain the priority ranking of user demands.The demands were transformed into functional descriptions through functional technology analysis(FAST)and perform design output.The emergency robots were applied to the pre-hospital emergency service system to meet the user demands for medical rescue and services,achieve the goal of rapid rescue,and improve the success rate of emergency through sharing mode.A FKANO-EWM-FAST integrated model is built to overcome perceptual factors,achieve layer upon layer transformation based on functional requirements,and ultimately achieve user oriented design goals,improving the accuracy and scientificity of the design process,and providing solutions to similar problems.
