摘要
目的探究D-二聚体(D-D)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、程序性死亡因子配体-1(PD-L1)表达与卵巢癌的相关性。方法选取2020年11月至2021年12月赣州市肿瘤医院收治的35例卵巢癌患者作为卵巢癌组,选取同期收治的35例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为良性组,另选取同期来赣州市肿瘤医院体检的35例健康女性作为对照组。比较三组间的D-D、CA125水平、卵巢癌组、良性组的PD-L1表达差异、卵巢癌组不同分期的D-D、CA125、PD-L1表达,分析D-D、CA125、PD-L1表达与卵巢癌患者临床分期的相关性。结果卵巢癌组的D-D、CA125水平高于良性组、对照组,且良性组的D-D、CA125水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组的PD-L1表达高于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者的D-D、CA125、PD-L1表达高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ期卵巢癌患者的D-D、CA125、PD-L1表达高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,Ⅱ期卵巢癌患者的D-D、CA125、PD-L1表达高于Ⅰ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kendall的tau-b相关性分析结果显示,D-D、CA125、PD-L1表达与卵巢癌患者临床分期均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论D-D、CA125、PD-L1表达升高与卵巢癌患者的临床分期增加密切相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of D-dimer(D-D),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),programmed death factor ligand 1(PD-L1)and ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 35 patients with ovarian can-cer admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from November 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the ovarian cancer group,35 patients with ovarian benign tumor admitted in the same period were selected as the benign group,and 35 healthy women who came to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of D-D and CA125 between the three groups,the differences in the expression of D-D,CA125 and PD-L1 between the ovarian cancer group and the benign group,and the expressions of D-D,CA125 and PD-L1 in different stages of ovarian cancer group were compared,and the correlation between the expressions of D-D,CA125 and PD-L1 and the clinical stages of ovarian cancer patients was analyzed.Results The levels of D-D and CA125 in ovarian cancer group were higher than those in benign group and control group,and the levels of D-D and CA125 in benign group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of PD-L1 in ovarian cancer group was higher than that in benign group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expressions of D-D,CA125 and PD-L1 in stageⅣovarian cancer patients were higher than those in stageⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expressions of D-D,CA125 and PD-L1 in stageⅢovarian cancer pa-tients were higher than those in stageⅠandⅡ,and the expressions of D-D,CA125 and PD-L1 in stageⅡovarian cancer patients were higher than those in stageⅠ,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of tau-b correlation analysis of Kendall showed that the expressions of D-D,CA125 and PD-L1 were positively correlated with the clinical stage of ovari-an cancer patients(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The increased expression of D-
