摘要
目的:探究口腔双层溃疡膜的制备方法,对制备奥硝唑-甘草泻心汤的CS/SA口腔双层溃疡膜进行体外评价,筛选奥硝唑-甘草泻心汤的CS/SA口腔双层溃疡膜制备最佳配比。方法:以甘油做增塑剂,制备CS基底膜,奥硝唑-甘草泻心汤为主药制备SA药膜,利用溶剂浇铸法制备奥硝唑-甘草泻心汤的CS/SA口腔双层溃疡膜。以成膜性、铺膜均匀性、脱膜性、光滑性及颜色等作为筛选指标,对塑化剂甘油、SA、奥硝唑等条件进行正交实验考察,优选出最佳的一组口腔双层溃疡膜。对优选处的溃疡膜进行外观、溶解时间等性能评价。结果:含0.2%甘油的1%CS溶液作基底膜,0.1%奥硝唑-甘草泻心汤-2%SA制备药膜,利用溶剂浇铸法将基底膜与药膜结合,制备双层膜。实验所制双层膜结合紧密,柔韧性好,薄厚适宜,能较长时间维持形态,有利于药物释放。结论:奥硝唑-甘草泻心汤的CS/SA口腔双层溃疡膜成膜性好、工艺简单可靠,可作为口腔溃疡的局部治疗材料。
Objective:To investigate the preparation method of bilayer membrane,to evaluate the preparation of CS/SA bilayer ulcer membrane of ornidazole-glycyrrhiza glabra laxative in vitro,and to screen the optimal ratios of CS/SA bilayer ulcer membrane of ornidazole-glycyrrhiza glabra laxative in the preparation of ornidazole-glycyrrhiza glabra laxative.Methods:CS base film was prepared by using glycerol as plasticizer,SA film was prepared by using ornidazole-glycyrrhiza glabra as the main drug,and CS/SA bilayer ulcer film of ornidazole-glycyrrhiza glabra was prepared by using solvent casting method.The conditions of plasticizer glycerol,SA,and ornidazole were examined in orthogonal experiments using film formation,film spreading uniformity,film release,smoothness,and color as the screening indexes,and the optimal set of bilayered ulcer films was preferentially selected.The ulcer films at the preferred place were evaluated for appearance,dissolution time and other properties.Results:1%CS solution containing 0.2%glycerol was used as the base film,and 0.1%ornidazole-Glycyrrhiza glabra laxative-tang-2%SA was used to prepare the medicinal film,and the bilayer film was prepared by combining the base film with the medicinal film using the solvent casting method.The experimentally prepared bilayer membrane was tightly combined,flexible,thin and thick,and could maintain the morphology for a long time,which was favorable for drug release.Conclusion:The CS/SA bilayer ulcer film of ornidazole-Gancao Laxing Tang has good film-forming property,simple and reliable process,and can be used as a topical therapeutic material for oral ulcers.
