摘要
近年来,越来越多的中药及复方被证实其所含的多种成分可以通过多系统、多途径、多环节、多靶点作用于各类疾病,而以副作用较少见长。“黄芩-黄连”药对应用历史悠久,有清热燥湿、泻火解毒的功效。现代药理学研究发现,该药对中含有多种有效活性成分,其药理作用广泛。通过系统整理近10年的文献发现,诸多学者对黄芩、黄连的有效成分及药理作用进行了大量研究,而对作用机制的探索相对较少,故对两药的主要作用及配伍后的有效成分、药理作用、相关机制进行综述,以期为今后有关实验研究以及该药对的临床应用提供思路和依据,从而充分发挥“黄芩-黄连”药对的应用价值。
In recent years,more and more traditional Chinese medicine and compound prescriptions have been proved that their various components can act on various diseases throughmultiple systems,multiple pathways,multiple links and multiple targets,with less side effects."Scutellariae Radix-Coptidis Rhizoma"herbal pair has a long history of application.It has the effect of clearing heat,drying dampness,purging fire and detoxifying.Modern pharmacological studies have found that the herbal pair contains a variety of active ingredients,and its pharmacological effects are extensive.Now we have systematically sorted out the literature in recent 10 years.Many scholars have done a lot of research on the effective components and pharmacological effects of Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma,but there is relatively little exploration on the mechanism of action.This paper summarizes the main functions of these two Chinese herbal medicines and the effective components,pharmacological effects and related mechanisms after compatibility,in order to provide ideas and basis for the future experimental research and clinical application of the herbal pair.So as to give full play to the application value of"Scutellaria-Coptis"herbal pair.
