摘要
为提高综放工作面智能化采煤程度,山东能源集团鲁西矿业有限公司郭屯煤矿以2303综放工作面为研究背景,在工作面装备MG750/1860-WD型采煤机,利用自动化和信息化技术来实现智能采煤。现场应用表明,综放工作面智能采煤技术的应用效果显著,采煤机记忆截割率平均可达80%以上,提高了采煤效率;减少了作业人员数量,及时发现并预防事故风险,有效降低了矿工的伤亡事故率和矿井的安全生产风险。智能采煤技术具有较好的实用性和可靠性。
In order to improve the degree of intelligent coal mining in fully mechanized top-coal caving face,Guotun Coal Mine of Luxi Mining Co.,Ltd.of Shandong Energy took 2303 fully mechanized top-coal caving face as the research background,equipped with MG750/1860-WD shearer in the face,and realized intelligent coal mining by using automation and information technology.The field application shows that the application effect of intelligent coal mining technology in fully mechanized top-coal caving face is remarkable,and the average memory cutting rate of shearer can reach above 80%,which improves the coal mining efficiency.And reduce the number of workers,discover and prevent accident risks in time,and effectively reduce the casualty rate of miners and the safety production risk of mines.Intelligent coal mining technology has good practicability and reliability.
