章穆《调疾饮食辩》之代茶诸品医学思想文化探赜 被引量:1

Exploration on the Medical Thought and Culture of Tea Substitutes in ZHANG Mu’s Debate on Diet for Regulating Diseases

摘要 [目的]通过对《调疾饮食辩》一书中所载的代茶诸品进行分析,探析茶之利弊和章穆所载代茶诸品的特色。[方法]运用文献学方法,将《调疾饮食辩》一书中所载的代茶诸品进行分类整理,结合《黄帝内经》《本草纲目》《太平圣惠方》等相关著作论述,对章氏代茶诸品的特色进行系统阐发。[结果]《调疾饮食辩》一书所列代茶诸品有51种,可分为三类,一类为中草药,如金银花、侧柏叶、甘草、麦门冬等;一类为果蔬类,如梨、龙眼、萝卜、冬瓜等;一类为谷类,如小麦、大麦、绿豆、扁豆等。章氏的主要思想是劝诫不可饮茶成癖,最好以他物代饮,但又肯定茶叶的药用价值,强调合理利用茶之偏性。[结论]《调疾饮食辩》一书其所载的代茶诸品,种类丰富,施用灵活,是其个人临床经验的总结,其中所蕴含的中医养生思想对当今社会也有重要的现实意义。 [Objective]To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of tea and the characteristics of tea substitutes in ZHANG Mu’s book,through the analysis object of tea substitutes in his book Debate on Diet for Regulating Diseases.[Methods]By using the method of bibliography,the tea substitutes in Debate on Diet for Regulating Diseases are classified and sorted out,and the characteristics of ZHANG Mu’s tea substitutes are systematically analyzed in combination with the relevant works such as Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor,Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica and Taiping Royal Prescriptions.[Results]There are 51 kinds of tea substitutes listed in Debate on Diet for Regulating Diseases,which could be divided into three categories.One is Chinese herbal medicine,such as Lonicera japonica Thunb.,Platycladus orientalis(L.)Franco leaves,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,Ophiopogon japonicus,etc.,another is fruits and vegetables,such as pear,longan,radish,wax gourd,etc.,the third is cereals,such as wheat,barley,mung beans,lentils and so on.ZHANG Mu’s main idea is to admonish people not to be addicted to tea,and it is better to drink other products instead of tea,but he affirms the medicinal value of tea and emphasizes the bias of rational use of tea.[Conclusion]The tea substitutes contained in Debate on Diet for Regulating Diseases are rich in variety and flexible in application,which is the summary of his personal clinical experience.The thought of health preservation about traditional Chinese medicine contained in the book also has important and practical significance to today’s society.
