摘要
为了解小麦育种材料中重要农艺性状功能基因的组成,利用50个功能基因KASP标记对107份育种亲本进行检测。结果表明,矮秆基因Rht-B1和Rht-D1优异等位基因的比例分别为54.21%和71.03%,1BL/1RS易位系材料占比为41.12%,且在不同地方种质中比例差别较大;籽粒性状基因TaSus-7A、TaGW2-6B、TaTGW6-4A优异等位基因比例高,陕西育成的种质携带TaSus1-7B、TaSus2-2A、TaSus2-2B、TaGS-D1、TaGW5-A1优异等位基因的比例较高,而其他地方育成的种质中含有TaCwi-A1、TaGASR7-A1、TaGW2-6A优异等位基因的比例较高;抗穗发芽基因在不同地方育成的种质中优异等位基因占比差别不大,TaPHS1是主要的穗发芽抗性基因,占比为82.24%;抗旱基因CWI-4A、CWI-5D、TaSST-A2在材料中比例高,其他抗旱基因TaMoc-A1、TaSST-D1、Dreb-B1、1-feh-w3在不同地方育成的种质中占比差别较大;抗病基因优异等位变异的比例较少,Tsn1优异等位基因在材料中比例较高;春化和光周期优异等位基因的比例都较高,2份种质含有3个早熟基因。本研究对育种亲本的功能基因进行鉴定,为亲本选配利用和分子标记辅助选择育种提供参考。
To understand the composition of functional genes for important agronomic traits in wheat breeding materials,107 breeding parents were detected using 50 KASP markers of functional gene.The results showed that the proportion of superior alleles for dwarf genes Rht-B1 and Rht-D1 were 54.21%and 71.03%,respectively.The proportion of 1BL/1RS translocation line materials accounted for 41.12%,and had larger difference among different regional germplasms.The proportion of superior alleles in TaSus-7A,TaGW2-6B,and TaTGW6-4A gene were high for seed traits.The germplasm in Shaanxi contained more superior alleles of TaSus1-7B,TaSus2-2A,TaSus2-2B,TaGS-D1,TaGW5-A1,while the proportion of other regional breeding germplasm containing TaCwi-A1,TaGASR7-A1,TaGW2-6A superior alleles were higher.The alleles of resistant pre-harvest sprouting genes had not large difference in differed regional germplasms.The TaPHS1 was the main resistant gene and the proportion of superior alleles was 82.24%.The drought resistance genes CWI-4A,CWI-5D and TaSST-A2 had a high proportion in the tested materials,and the proportion of TaMoc-A1,TaSST-D1,Dreb-B1 and 1-feh-w3 had large difference in different regional breeding germplasms.The proportion of the superior alleles of disease resistance genes were low,while the proportion of the superior allele in Tsn1 was high in the materials.The proportion superior alleles associated with vernalization and photoperiod were high,and had two germplasms with three earliness genes.In this study,the functional genes of breeding parents identified favorable alleles in important agronomic traits,and provided reference for parental selection and molecular marker-assisted selection for wheat breeding.
