摘要
本研究以82份马铃薯材料为研究对象,采用电解质渗漏法测定离体叶片电导率,结合Logistic方程拟合求出半致死温度(LT_(50))进行抗寒性鉴定及筛选。结果发现,82份材料的LT 50值在-4.8℃~-1.6℃之间,聚类分析可将82份材料分为低温敏感型、中间型和较强抗寒型3类,筛选出大同20和Cip43等7份抗寒材料可作为马铃薯抗寒性后续研究材料。
In this study,82 potato materials were used as research objects,and electrolyte leakage method was used to measure the electrical conductivity of leaves in vitro,and the half-lethal temperature(LT _(50))was obtained by Logistic equation fitting,so as to identify and screen the cold resistance.The results showed that the LT 50 value ranged from-4.8℃to-1.6℃.The 82 materials were divided into three types by cluster analysis,namely,low temperature sensitive type,intermediate type and strong cold resistance type.Seven cold-resistant materials,including Datong20 and Cip43,were screened out,which could provide reference materials for the follow-up study of potato cold resistance.
