摘要
无人化、智能化是消除采制样环节人的参与因素,保证煤质检验公平公正的一种手段。基于全流程感知技术和智能搬运机器人,开发了采制样智能控制系统及智能煤样收集系统。实现了智能采制样、样品智能收集和管理、系统智能控制、煤样全流程感知、故障智能诊断等智能化功能,实现全流程无人干预。可为煤炭采制样智能化建设提供参考。
Unmanned and intelligent methods are a means to eliminate the factors of human participation in the sampling process and ensure the fairness and impartiality of coal quality inspection.Based on full process perception technology and intelligent handling robots,an intelligent control system for sampling and preparation and an intelligent coal sample collection system have been developed.Intelligent functions were achieved such as intelligent sampling and preparation,intelligent collection and management of samples,system intelligent control,full process perception of coal samples,and intelligent fault diagnosis,achieving unmanned intervention throughout the entire process.A reference was provided for the intelligent construction of coal sampling and preparation.
