摘要 在现代电力系统中,继电保护装置至关重要。继电保护装置可监测电力系统中的各种故障和异常情况,并及时采取相应的保护措施,以确保电力系统的安全运行。为实现高速、准确、可靠的继电保护操作,继电保护装置之间需要进行有效的通信和信息交换。针对现有的继电保护装置通信协议进行文献研究和综合分析,包括IEC 61850、DNP3和Modbus等远程控制协议。根据现有通信协议的优缺点,设计并开发一种基于互联网协议(Internet Protocol,IP)网络的新型通信协议。测试和评估结果表明,新型通信协议表现出较高的稳定性,满足继电保护装置不同的场景应用需求。 In modern power system,relay protection devices is very important.Relay protection devices can be used to monitor various faults and abnormal situations in power system and take corresponding protective measures in time to ensure the safe operation of power system.In order to realize high-speed,accurate and reliable relay protection operation,effective communication and information exchange are needed between relay protection devices.The existing communication protocols of relay protection devices are studied and comprehensively analyzed,including remote control protocols such as IEC 61850,DNP3 and Modbus.According to the advantages and disadvantages of existing communication protocols,a new communication protocol based on Internet Protocol(IP)network is designed and developed.The test and evaluation results show that the new communication protocol shows high stability and meets the application requirements of relay protection devices in different scenarios..
