摘要
随着新疆电网规模的不断扩大,网架结构日趋复杂,为了有效管理各种微机保护、故障录波器及其他智能电子设备(IED)产生的大量信息,在借鉴各网(省)公司已建继电保护故障信息处理系统建设和运行过程中所总结经验的基础上,提出新疆电网继电保护故障信息处理系统的设计思路。对系统总体结构、主(分)站及子站的结构和功能、主站双重冗余网络、子站规约转换的模式、子站无用信息的过滤和主站与子站之间的通信规约等进行了详细的论述。
With the continuous expansion of Xinjiang Power Grid,the structure of the grid is more and more complex.In order to effectively manage the large amounts of information produced by the computer protection,the fault recorder and other intelligent electronic devices(IED),the design idea for fault information processing system of relay protection in Xinjiang Power Grid is proposed on the basis of the experiences from other grid(provincial) corporation.The general structure of this system,the structure and function of the main station and sub-station,the double redundancy net of main station,the mode of sub-station protocol conversion,the garbage information filtration of sub-station,the communication protocol between main station and sub-station etc.are discussed in detail.
