摘要
VMD的设计是MMS报文实现IEC61850规约的基础和关键。该文开始论述了有关IEC61850和MMS的概要知识以及VMD原理和各种设计思路,然后整理和描述了IEC61850与MMS的对应关系,最后结合浙江省电力公司的子站系统,对IEC61850＿VMD的具体实现进行了实例分析。
VMD design is a key and basic work to implement IEC61850 by MMS. This paper firstly studies the basic knowledge of IEC61850 and MMS, and then discusses the principles of VMD, including several methods of the VMD design and the mapping from IEC61850 to VMD. This paper also gives an example of the IEC61850 VMD implementation based on substation system of Zhejiang Power Co. .
