摘要
为实现高精度监测电池电流需求,提出磷酸铁锂电池在电力应用中输出电流异常状态监测方法。利用电流传感器采集磷酸铁锂电池输出电流信号并对信号进行转换,利用扩展卡尔曼滤波技术降噪处理并进行归一化,进而修正信号误差,提取电流异常特征,识别异常状态。实验证明,设计方法漏检率在1%以内。
To achieve high-precision monitoring of battery current requirements,a monitoring method for abnormal output current status of lithium iron phosphate batteries in power applications is proposed.Using current sensors to collect and convert the output current signal of lithium iron phosphate batteries,using extended Kalman filtering technology for noise reduction and normalization,correcting signal errors,extracting current anomaly features,and identifying abnormal states.Experiments have shown that the design method has a missed detection rate of less than 1%.
