摘要
提出了智能终端结合换相开关的台区三相不平衡治理方法。构建了台区换相开关布局优化模型,提出了基于差分进化算法的计算台区换相开关最优布局的优化方法。基于模型、台区历史运行数据以及超短期功率预测数据,提出了计及负荷波动性的台区三相不平衡动态优化方法。最后,利用某测试台区历史运行数据对换相开关布局优化方法进行模拟验证,验证结果表明基于台区换相开关布局优化模型计算得到的最优布局,可以满足台区三相不平衡治理的要求。此外,考虑参与换相的开关数量、换相周期和换相开关寿命,在测试台区中进行了5种场景下的三相不平衡动态优化实验,实验结果表明:在最优布局条件下的换相开关动态优化策略,可以在降低换相动作次数的前提下,将台区的平均三相不平衡度降到治理目标之下,并且减少动作次数接近使用寿命上限的换相开关参与换相。验证了智能终端+换相开关动态优化台区三相不平衡的适用性。
This paper proposes a method for controlling three-phase unbalance in the distribution network by combining intelligent terminals with commutation switch.An optimized model for layout of the commutation switch in the distribution network is constructed,and an optimization method based on differential evolution algorithm is proposed to calculate the optimal layout of switches.Based on the model,historical operation data of the transformer area and ultra-short-term power prediction data,a dynamic optimization method for three-phase unbalance in the distribution network considering load fluctuations is proposed.Finally,the optimization method for layout of the commutation switch is verified by simulation using historical operation data of a testing transformer area,and the results show that the optimal layout calculated based on the model can meet the requirement of controlling three-phase unbalance in the distribution network.In addition,considering the number of switches participating in phase-changing,phase-changing cycle and the service life of the commutation switch,five scenarios of dynamic optimization experiments for three-phase unbalance are conducted in the test distribution network,and the results show that the dynamic optimization strategy for the commutation switch under the optimal layout can reduce the number of phase-changing actions and lower the average three-phase unbalance degree of the distribution network below the target level,and can also reduce the number of the commutation switch participating in phase-changing close to the upper limit of their service life.The applicability of the method for dynamic optimization of three-phase unbalance in the distribution network using intelligent terminals and commutation switch is verified.
