摘要
贵州某养殖场采用“预处理+黑膜池+混凝气浮+AOAO+菌藻塘+化学氧化-沉淀”组合工艺处理尿泡粪养殖废水,监测出水数据CODCr<100 mg/L、氨氮<15mg/L、BOD5<20mg/L,出水完全满足《农田灌溉水标准》(GB5084-2005)中水作标准与《畜禽养殖业排放标准》(GB18596-2001)标准两者严者排放标准。该工艺对尿泡粪养猪废水处理具有运行稳定,耐冲击负荷强,管理方便的特点。
A certain aquaculture farm in Guizhou adopts a combination process of“pre-treatment+black film pond+coagulation air flotation+AOAO+bacteria and algae pond+chemical oxidation sedimentation”to treat urine and fecal aquaculture wastewater.The monitored effluent data shows that CODCr<100 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen<15 mg/L,and BOD5<20 mg/L.The effluent fully meets the strict discharge standards of the“Irrigation Water Standard for Farmland”(GB5084-2005)and the“Emission Standard for Livestock and Poultry Industry”(GB18596-2001).This process has the characteristics of stable operation,strong impact resistance,and convenient management for the treatment of pig wastewater from urine and feces.
