常温UASB-SBR-人工湿地工艺处理集便废水应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以海南环岛高铁三亚动车所污水处理工程为依托,利用三亚市的温热资源,提出针对高浓度集便废水的"常温UASB-SBR-人工湿地"处理工艺。集便废水经化粪池预处理后,常温条件下经UASB反应器进行厌氧处理,有效降低废水中的COD和BOD5。初期时将USAB反应器出水、生活污水和生产废水进行混合后经SBR池处理后排放。后期为提高对COD和NH_3-N的去除效率,新建SBR池1组并将其反应周期由8 h增至12 h;同时为避免生产废水中较多的阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)对SBR池生物处理产生不利影响,将生产废水与其余污水分质分流收集后单独处理,处理工艺为:隔油—混凝—气浮—过滤;新建人工湿地1座(HRT=2 d),对生产废水和SBR池出水进行深度处理。在温度为20~25℃、回流比R=5条件下,USAB出水COD≤1000 mg/L,COD的去除率约77.8%;工艺系统出水中的CDO、BOD5、SS及NH_3-N浓度分别低于50,20,35 mg/L和15 mg/L,去除率分别为98.9%,98.7%,97.7%和98.3%,出水水质可满足GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的一级排放标准。 Based on the waste water treatment of Sanya Electric Multiple Units Depot of Hainan Island-looping High-speed Train,a new technique of treating train black water for normal temperature UASB-SBR constructed wetland is proposed by taking full advantage of the warm climate resources of Sanya,.After pre-treatment by septic tank,black water is treated in UASB anaerobic treatment reactor at the normal temperature 20~25℃,in which COD and BOD5 are removed effectively.During the initial period,USAB reactor effluent,domestic sewage and production waste water are discharged after being treated by SBR tank.To improve the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N,a new SBR tank is added and the reaction period is increased from 8h to 12 h.In order to avoid the bad effluence of anionic surfactant(LAS)in the production waste water on the following biological process in the SBR tank,production waste water and domestic waste water are collected separately and then treated separately with the process“oil grease-coagulation-air flotation-filtration”.At the same time,a new constructed wetland(HRT=2 d)is built with advanced treatment for SBR tank effluent and production waste water effluent.Under the conditions of temperature of 20~25℃and reflux ratio R=5,the effluent COD of USAB reactor is less than 1000 mg/L and the removal rate of COD is up to 77.8%.The effluent concentration of effluent CDO,BOD5,SS and NH3-N are less than 50,20,35 mg/L and 15 mg/L,and the removal rate are about 98.9%,98.7%,97.7%and 98.3%respectively.The effluent quality meets the first-level discharge Standard of Integrated Sewage Discharge Standard(GB8978—1996).
