摘要
单气室油气混合式悬架被广泛应用在各类重载车辆,其输出力特性模型对结构设计具有重要影响。结合单气室油气混合式悬架的结构和运动特点,采用不同的油液和气体状态分析方程,对弹性力和阻尼力等进行分析,获取油气悬架输出特性的数学模型。基于数模模型,应用Simulink搭建油气悬架输出特性的仿真分析模型,获取车辆前后悬架的行程范围;选取输入激励信号频率在(0.5~10)Hz、幅值在(5~50)mm之间,不同参数进行分析,获取激励参数对输出特性的影响规律;搭建1/4车辆油气悬架试验台架,施加周期性外部激励,获取试验测试和模型仿真的输出特性关键参数,以验证数学模型和仿真模型的可靠性。结果可知:输入激励幅值不变,当频率增大时,压缩状态,输出力变化较小,最大值保持不变;而伸长状态,变化加快,最小值减小,极值均出现在平衡位置;当输入激励频率不变,而幅值增加时,压缩状态,输出力变化较小,最大值增加;伸长状态,变化加快,最小值减小,出现在平衡位置附近;试验和仿真的加速度均方根值基本一致;功率谱密度的频率值与输入值保持一致,均为1Hz,而仿真幅值略大于实测值;输出力曲线,仿真结果与试验结果相差不大;输出力特性参数误差较小,均小于5%;结果表明所建立的数学模型及仿真模型的准确性,能够比较准确的预测分析油气悬挂缸的输出力特性,为此类设计提供参考。
Single chamber hydro pneumatic suspension is widely used in all kinds of heavy vehicles,and its output force characteristic model has an important influence on structural design.Combined with the structure and motion characteristics of single chamber hydro pneumatic suspension,the elastic force and damping force were analyzed by using different state analysis equations of oil and gas,and the mathematical model of hydro pneumatic suspension output characteristics was obtained.Based on the mathematical model,the simulation analysis model of hydro pneumatic suspension output characteristics was built by using Simulink,and the travel range of vehicle front and rear suspension was obtained.The frequency of input excitation signal was between(0.5~10)Hz,and the amplitude was between(5~50)mm.Different parameters were analyzed to obtain the influence of excitation parameters on output characteristics.In order to verify the reliability of the mathematical model and simulation model,a quarter vehicle hydro pneumatic suspension test bench was built,and periodic external excitation was applied to obtain the key parameters of the output characteristics of the test and model simulation.The results show that:when the input excitation amplitude is constant and the frequency increases,the output force changes little in the compression state,the maximum value remains unchanged,while in the elongation state,the change is accelerated,the minimum value decreases,and the extreme value appears in the equilibrium position.When the input excitation frequency is constant and the amplitude increases,the output force changes little in the compression state,the maximum value increases,and in the elongation state,the change speeds up,the minimum value decreases,and the extreme value appears near the equilibrium position.The acceleration root mean square value of test and simulation is basically the same.The frequency value of PSD is consistent with the input value,both are 1Hz,and the simulation amplitude is slightly larger than the measured v
