摘要
采用水玻璃为硅源,通过一步除盐工艺去除水玻璃中的盐分杂质,得到提纯硅溶胶,通过调节硅溶胶pH值,浸润玻璃纤维针刺毡后完成凝胶化,经老化、疏水化改性和二氧化碳超临界干燥等步骤制得玻纤增强二氧化硅气凝胶材料。测试表明,所得二氧化硅气凝胶材料导热系数(25℃)为0.019W/m•K,密度为196kg/m3,憎水率达99.8%。将其应用于蒸汽管道保温工程,节能率达74.5%,节省蒸汽费用87.5万元,投资回报期限1.1年,预计10年减少二氧化碳排放11000吨。
Using sodium silicate as the silicon source,the salt impurities in water glass are removed by one-step desalination process to obtain purified silica sol.By adjusting the pH value of silica sol,soaking glass fiber needle felt to complete gel,and then aging,hydrophobic modification and carbon dioxide supercritical drying,glass fiber reinforced silica aerogel material is prepared.The test shows that the thermal conductivity of the obtained silica aerogel material is 0.019W/m•K(@25℃),the density is 196kg/m3,and the hydrophobicity is up to 99.8%.Applying it to a steam pipeline insulation engineering has achieved energy saving of 74.5%,steam cost saving of RMB 875000,investment return period of 1.1 years,and it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 11000 tons within 10 years.
