憎水率可控可调SiO_(2)气凝胶毡的制备及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 首先通过溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化硅湿凝胶毡,然后通过亲水剂和疏水剂的分段浸泡,在一定的温度和合适的催化条件下反应一段时间,逐步替换掉二氧化硅气凝胶表面的羟基,在二氧化硅气凝胶毡表面接枝不同比例的亲水基团和疏水基团,通过调节气凝胶毡表面亲水基团和疏水基团的种类和数目以及气凝胶的孔结构,从而达到气凝胶毡憎水率可控可调的目的。结果表明,两步法分段疏水效果明显,先单独浸泡亲水剂可以有效地引入亲水基团,再单独浸泡疏水剂可以替换完剩余的羟基,通过控制改性剂的浸泡时间来有效调控憎水率,通过上述制备方法实现了二氧化硅气凝胶毡憎水率在20%~99.5%之间可控可调的性能,并且这种方法参数调控更简单,稳定性较好。 First,the silica wet gel felt was prepared by the sol-gel method,and then it reacted for a period of time under a certain temperature and appropriate catalytic conditions through the mixed immersion or segmented immersion of hydrophilic and hydrophobic agents,gradually replacing the hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica aerogel,so that the surface of silica aerogel felt was connected with different proportions of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups.By adjusting the types and numbers of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups on the surface of aerogel felt and the pore structure of aerogel,the hydrophobicity of aerogel felt could be controlled and adjusted.The results showed that the two-stage method had an obvious segmented hydrophobic effect.First immersion in the hydrophilic agent alone could effectively introduce hydrophilic groups,and then immersion in the hydrophobic agent alone could replace the remaining hydroxyl groups.By controlling the immersion time of the modifier,the hydrophobicity could be effectively adjusted.Through the above preparation methods,the hydrophobicity of silica aerogel felt could be controlled and adjustable between 20%and 99.5%,and this method was simpler to adjust parameters with a good stability.
