摘要
对不同种类锚栓进行裂缝往复开合拉伸性能试验,将不同型号的膨胀锚栓、模扩底锚栓、自扩底锚栓、普通化学锚栓及特殊倒锥形化学锚栓的检测结果进行比较,得到不同锚栓在测试条件下的性能。结果表明,试验用扭矩控制型膨胀锚栓、位移控制型膨胀锚栓和普通化学锚栓的裂缝往复开合拉伸性能均不满足要求;扩底锚栓和特殊倒锥形化学锚栓除各自有一个型号不满足1000次循环的位移要求外,其他性能均满足要求。
In this paper,the crack repeated opening and closing tensile properties of different types of anchors are tested,and the test results of expansion anchors,die expanding bottom anchors,self expanding bottom anchors,ordinary chemical anchors and special inverted cone chemical anchors are compared.The performance of different anchors under test conditions is obtained.The results show that the crack repeated opening and closing tensile properties of torquecontrolled expansion anchors,displacement-controlled expansion anchors and ordinary chemical anchors do not meet the requirements.The expanding bottom anchors and special inverted cone chemical anchors meet the requirements except for one model that does not meet the displacement requirements of 1000 cycles respectively.
