降低涤纶全拉伸丝纸管爆点率的工艺探讨

摘要 目前涤纶全拉伸丝纸管的切丝槽打点处爆点率较高,丝束在卷绕过程中切换失败率高达0.6%~0.7%,造成废丝和生产成本增加。基于现阶段的纸管生产工艺及参数分析,通过对各阶段生产工序进行讨论,采取稳定打点上油、调整用纸工艺、优化烘干方式等技术手段,不仅降低了纸管的爆点率,还降低了废管数量,增加了企业经济效益。 At present,the bursting point rate of the cutting groove of the polyester fully drawn filament paper tube is high.The switching failure rate of the tow in the winding process is as high as 0.6%~0.7%which caused waste filaments and production cost increase.Based on the current paper tube production process and parameter analysis,each stage of the production process is discussed,technical means such as stable filling oil,adjusting paper technology,optimizing drying mode are adopted,not only reduces the burst rate of paper tube,but also reduces the amount of waste pipe,and increases the economic benefits of enterprises.
