摘要
对熔体直纺涤纶 FDY的工艺进行了探讨 ,同时论述了纺制不同品种 FDY时如何选择各种工艺参数以达到生产稳定、质量指标优良的目的。结果表明 ,控制熔体进口压力在 5～ 10 MPa,箱体温度2 85～ 2 95℃ ,拉伸倍数 2 .7～ 3 .0 ,并调整相应的工艺参数可生产出质量优良的涤纶 F
The production technology of polyester FDY through melt direct spinning was discussed. How to choose different process parameters to gain stable production and good quality was studied for different varieties of FDY. The result showed that through selecting melt inlet pressure of 5～10 MPa, spin beam temperature of 285～295℃, draw ratio between 2 7 and 3 0 and proper process parameters, the high\|quality FDY can be obtained.
