摘要
目的:借助相关的评价工具探究蜂针疗法临床文献质量现状。方法:利用计算机全面检索七大数据库,辅以手工检索筛选出符合研究标准的文献。研究者采用相应的报告学及方法学评价工具对文献质量综合评价。结果:共纳入338篇文献,128篇RCT因随机序列产生、分配隐藏、盲法的信息不足,整体研究质量为偏倚风险不明。31篇非随机同期对照试验显示整体偏倚风险较低,179篇病例系列观察研究显示在患者的招募过程并未设立规范的纳排标准,且在盲法部分存在缺失。纳入研究的报告描述并未明确研究的类型,讨论深度不足,缺乏相关的医疗文件。结论:现阶段蜂疗临床试验整体质量较低,临床研究者应加强相关的临床研究方法学的学习,重视随机方法、盲法、随访的科学执行,且采用恰当的报告标准规范研究描述。
Objective To explore the quality of clinical literature on bee-needle therapy by using relevant evaluation tools.Methods Seven databases were comprehensively searched by computer,and related journals and references were searched manually to screen out the literatures that met the research criteria.The researchers independently evaluated the methodological and reporting quality by relative assessment tools.Results A total of 338 literatures were included,128 RCTS showed insufficient information due to random sequence generation,allocation hiding and blind method,and the overall quality of the study was unknown risk of bias.31 non-randomized concurrent controlled trials showed low risk of bias.179 case reports showed that standardized admission criteria were not set in the process of patient recruitment,and with the shortage of blind method.The report clearly describes the diagnosis and treatment of patients and provides relevant theoretical basis for rational explanation of the results.However,the report description of the included studies did not specify the types of studies,most of the studies lacked in-depth discussion,and relevant medical documents were missing.Conclusion At present,the overall quality of apitherapy clinical trials is low.Researchers should strengthen the study of relevant clinical research methodology,attach importance to the scientific implementation of randomized method,blind method and follow-up,and adopt appropriate reporting standards to standardize the study description.
