摘要
食管癌是世界范围内常见的恶性肿瘤之一。通过对食管癌的深入研究,发现针灸在食管癌的治疗中发挥了积极作用。通过总结近年来针灸治疗食管癌的相关文献,从改善临床症状(尤其是缓解吞咽困难)、减轻放化疗不良反应、调节心理症状等方面对针刺及灸法治疗食管癌的临床现状进行综述。此外,通过分析途经食管的相关经脉,并结合理论及临床,总结出针灸治疗食管癌中相关经络及穴位,以期为针灸治疗食管癌的深入研究提供依据。
Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.Through the in-depth study of esophageal cancer,it is found that acupuncture plays a positive role in the treatment of esophageal cancer.In this paper,the clinical status of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of esophageal cancer was reviewed from the aspects of improving clinical symptoms(especially relieving dysphagia),alleviating adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and regulating psychological symptoms.In addition,by analyzing the relevant meridians of the esophagus,combined with theory and clinical experience,the relevant meridians and acupoints of acupuncture in the treatment of esophageal cancer are summarized,in order to provide a basis for the in-depth research of acupuncture in the treatment of esophageal cancer.
