摘要
目的探讨听觉统合训练联合增智开窍针法对自闭症儿童语言功能的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2022年1月于十堰市太和医院诊治的60例自闭症儿童为研究对象,收集资料,录入电脑随机软件,依据随机-对照原则分组。两组患儿的基础治疗均相同,对照组(28例)予以听觉统合训练;观察组(32例)予以听觉统合训练联合增智开窍针法,持续干预6个月。比较两组患儿的治疗效果,于治疗前及治疗6个月评估两组患儿的发育障碍儿童心理教育量表-3(PEP-3)和儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS),同时记录不良反应。结果对照组患儿总有效率67.86%(19/28),低于观察组90.63%(29/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗6个月PEP-3评分各项分值均升高;而且观察组患儿治疗6个月PEP-3评分各项分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗6个月病情严重程度均减轻;而且观察组患儿治疗6个月病情严重程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿并无不良反应出现,无任何躯体不适。血液学检测、心电图检查均处于正常波动范围。结论听觉统合训练联合增智开窍针法可以进一步提高自闭症儿童的治疗效果,改善整体功能,减轻自闭症严重程度,而且安全性高,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of auditory integration training combined with intelligence enhancing and resuscitation acupuncture on language function of autistic children.Methods Sixty children with autism treated in the hospital from February 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The data was collected,entered into computer random software and grouped according to the principle of random control.The basic treatment of the two groups was the same,and the control group(28 cases)was given auditory integration training.The observation group(32 cases)was given auditory integration training combined with intelligence increasing and resuscitation acupuncture,and the intervention lasted for 6 months.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Before treatment and 6 months after treatment,Mental education scale for children with developmental disabilities-3(PEP-3)and children's autism rating scale(CARS)of the two groups were evaluated,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of children in the control group was 67.86%(19/28),lower than that(90.63%,29/32)in the observation group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the scores of PEP-3 in the two groups increased after 6 months of treatment.Moreover,the scores of PEP-3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 6 months of treatment,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the severity of the disease in the two groups decreased after 6 months of treatment.Moreover,the severity of the disease in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group after 6 months of treatment,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions and no physical discomfort in the two groups.Hematological examination and ECG examination were in the normal fluctuation range.Conclusion Auditory integration training combined with intelligence incr
