电动车火灾原因调查与痕迹物证检测技术探讨

摘要 结合当前电动车社会保有量持续增长和电动车火灾高发的现状,通过多案例的研究,分析了电动车火灾频发并造成重大伤亡的原因,针对电气因素引发电动车火灾的主要原因,研究了电动车蓄电池火灾物证熔痕的形成机理。针对电动车电气火灾高发的特点,选择一次短路、二次短路、外界火烧这3种常见的金属熔痕,应用金相分析法、微观形貌鉴别法、熔痕成分分析法等常用火灾鉴定技术对实验样品进行鉴定,总结出不同的蓄电池火灾原因与火场物证熔痕的一般对应关系,为消防人员对火灾的原因调查提供了技术依据。 Based on the current situation of the continuous growth of electric vehicle social ownership and the high incidence of electric vehicle fires,this article analyzes the reasons for the frequent occurrence of electric vehicle fires and causing major casualties through research on multiple cases,and studies the formation mechanism of the melted marks of physical evidence in electric vehicle battery fires according to the main causes of electric vehicle fires by electrical factors.In view of the characteristics of the high incidence of the electrical fires of electric vehicles,this paper selects the three common metal melted marks of primary short circuit,secondary short circuit and external fire,uses common fire identification techniques such as metallographic analysis,microscopic morphology identification and melted mark composition analysis to identify experimental samples,and summarizes the general corresponding relationship between different battery fire causes and the melted marks of physical evidence at the fire site,which provides technical basis for firefighters to investigate the cause of the fire.
