摘要
近年来住宅小区火灾事故频发,造成大量人员伤亡和财产损失,社会影响很大。住宅小区火灾频发与当前住宅小区存在建筑设计与施工不符合消防规范、消防设施缺位或损坏、消防通道堵塞、居民防火意识不强、消防监督管理不到位等隐患密切相关。消除这些隐患要从完善社区消防基础设施建设、严把建设工程消防设计审核验收质量关、严把日常监督检查关、强化小区物业消防安全管理能力以及完善应急处置预案等方面着手。
Recently,fires occur frequently in the residential areas,causing large casualties and huge economic losses,resulting in negative social influence.The frequent fire occurrence is closely related to the incompatibility of the architecture design and building with the fire regulation,lack of fire protection facilities or damaged fire protection facilities,blocked fire passages,residents＇ lack of fire safety awareness and insufficient fire safety supervision.To eliminate these problems,this thesis puts forward some measures,including constructing enough basic fire protection facilities,tightening the vetting of the building＇s fire safety design,strengthening efforts to conduct daily fire supervision,building property management capability and improving emergency response plans.
