摘要
地铁区间隧道因消防疏散要求需设置联络通道,在地层条件复杂、周边存在敏感建(构)筑物的城市中心地区,传统联络通道施工工艺有着较大的施工安全风险,可能会对城市造成重大的安全隐患。为降低施工风险,保障城市安全,在充分论证各项施工工艺的基础上,研究盾构法联络通道施工技术。以深圳地铁5号线黄东区间盾构法联络通道为研究背景,通过理论分析、工程类比、现场验证等方法,比选富水地层环境下联络通道施工工艺,研究正线特殊环钢管片处理、洞门注浆加固、接收始发特殊设计等针对性措施。结论表明,在富水地层复杂环境下盾构法联络通道施工安全可控,环境适应性强;采用钢-玻璃纤维复合管片、洞门焊接处理、钢套筒接收始发、环形支撑体系等针对性措施,可以提高施工时结构体系刚度、防水性能和防止周边变形,减少对深南大道和周边建(构)筑物影响,使得盾构接收、掘进和始发全过程安全可控,确保了盾构法联络通道的施工安全。
The metro running tunnel needs to set up the contact channel in response to the fire-fighting evacuation requirements.In the urban central area with complicated conditions and settlement sensitive structures,the traditional method of the contact channel construction has a large construction safety risk,which may cause major social security risks to the city.In order to reduce the risk of construction safety and ensure the safety of the city,the contact channel construction technology of the shield method is studied on the basis of fully demonstrating the construction technology.Based on the research background of contact channel by shield in Huangdong section of Shenzhen metro line 5,this paper compares and selects the construction method of the contact channel in the water-soaked stratum through theoretical analysis,engineering analogy,field verification and other research methods.This paper also studies the treatment of the special segment of the main line,the grouting reinforcement of the tunnel portal,and the targeted measures of the shield originating and reception.The conclusion shows that the shield method of the contact channel construction is safe,controllable and environment adaptability in the water-soaked stratum.By adopting steel-glass fiber composite segments,welding treatment of tunnel portal,steel sleeve receiving and originating,ring support system and other targeted measures,the stiffness,waterproof performance and surrounding deformation of the structural system during construction can be improved.The impact on Shennan avenue and surrounding structures can be reduced,so that the whole process of shield receiving,tunneling and originating is safe and controllable,and the construction safety of the shield contact channel is ensured.
