南昌地铁联络通道冻结法模拟 被引量:15

Numerical Simulations for Freezing Method in Connecting Channel Excavation of Nanchang Subway

摘要 针对南昌地铁1号线师大南路站至彭家桥站区间联络通道人工冻结法施工,运用ABAQUS建立数值模型并模拟了冻结温度、冻胀位移和管片应力。数值模拟结果与现场监测数据一致表明所建模型是合理的,并与工程实际相符。在此基础上还模拟分析了冷冻液温度分别为-25℃、-30℃和-35℃情况下,不同的设计冻结壁厚度达到强度要求时所需的冻结时间。结果表明:冷冻液温度越低,冻结壁厚度对冻结时间的影响越小。针对南昌四季气候环境及地下水埋深变化,模拟了不同季节下冻结法施工时的温度场、位移场及管片应力,发现冻胀位移和管片应力在夏秋季节小于冬春季节,但夏季达到所需冻结温度的时间比秋季长,建议南昌地区冻结法施工尽量选在秋季。 The artificial freezing method is adopted in the excavation of connecting channel between Shida south road station and Pengjiahqiao station of Nanchang subway Line 1.The numerical simulations model was established with the ABAQUS to obtain the freezing temperatures,the frost heave settlements and the segment stresses.The results of the numerical simulations were consistent with the on-site monitoring data,which showed that the model was reasonable and consistent with the actual project.On this basis,freezing time meet with to the requirement of the frozen wall thickness were analyzed respectively with different coolant temperatures of-25℃,-30℃and-35℃.The lower the coolant temperature is,the smaller effects of the frozen wall thickness on the freezing time are.The soil temperature fields and displacement fields and the segment stresses during the different construction seasons are simulated,to account for the changes of the climatic environment and groundwater levels in Nanchang.It is found that the soil displacements and the segment stresses in summer and autumn are smaller than those in winter and spring,but the time to reach the required freezing temperature in summer is longer than that in autumn,so the construction of the freezing method in Nanchang should be selected as much as possible in the autumn.
