新教育业态下高职食品相关专业课程教学模式改革探讨

Discussion on the Teaching Model Reform of Food Related Majors in Higher Vocational Education under the New Education Format

摘要 随着互联网的飞速发展,新教育业态背景下,传统讲授方式已有很大局限性,以“互联网+”课程建设改革为途径,从资源信息库建立、翻转课堂开展、教学内容与互联网结合、快课微课技术应用及考核方式改革5个方面阐述食品相关专业课程教学模式的改革途径。通过教学模式改革,可以有效实现课堂线上线下的融合,达成有效的课堂教学互动,提升教学效率,有利于帮助学生拓展视野,与未来工作接轨,提升人才培养质量。 With the rapid development of the Internet,under the background of the new education format,the traditional teaching method has great limitations.Take the"Internet+"curriculum construction reform as a way to explain the reform approach of the teaching model of food related professional courses from five aspects:the establishment of resource information database,the development of flipped class,the combination of teaching content and the Internet,the application of fast course and micro course technology,and the reform of assessment methods.Through teaching mode reform,it is possible to effectively integrate online and ofline classroom teaching,to achieve effective classroom teaching interaction,to improve teaching efficiency,to help students expand their horizons,to align with future work,and to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
