摘要
目的:探究分层加权TOPSIS法在舒血宁注射液合理用药评价中的应用价值。方法:根据相关资料建立某院舒血宁注射液药物利用评价(DUE)标准,并以分层加权TOPSIS法对我院2022年3月–9月期间使用舒血宁注射液治疗的128份病历进行用药合理性评价与分析。结果:128份病历中Ci最高为1,最低为0.426,105份(82.03%)病历Ci≥80%,8份(6.25%)病历60%≤Ci<80%,15份(11.72%)病历Ci<60%。不合理用药问题主要集中在不良反应监测与处理、用法用量及疗程、适应证。结论:本研究通过建立舒血宁注射液的DUE标准,并以加权TOPSIS法进行评价分析,仅有少部分患者(12.58%)出现用药不合理情况,采用分层加权TOPSIS法评价舒血宁注射液具有操作方便、结果直观等特点,对舒血宁注射液DUE标准评价有较高的价值。
Objective:To explore the application of stratified weighted Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method in rational evaluation of Shuxuening injection.Methods:The criteria of drug use evaluation(DUE)of Shuxuening injection in a hospital was established based on the relevant data,and 128 cases using Shuxuening injection in our hospital from March 2022 to September 2022 were evaluated and analyzed by stratified weighted TOPSIS method.Results:Among the 128 cases,the highest Ci was 1 and the lowest was 0.426.Cases with Ci≥80%were 105 cases(82.03%),60%≤Ci<80%were 8(6.25%),Ci<60%were 15(11.72%).Irrational drug use mainly focused on the monitoring and treatment of adverse drug reaction,usage and dosage,course of treatment,indications.Conclusion:In this study,DUE criteria of Shuxuening injection was established and the weighted TOPSIS method was used for rational evaluation and analysis,which was easy to operate with intuitive results and worth popularizing.
