摘要
目的:探讨舒血宁注射液发生不良反应的规律和特点,以期为临床合理用药提供参考,为做好风险管理提供依据。方法:检索中国知网数据库(1979年1月—2014年3月)中舒血宁注射液致不良反应的相关文献,对文献进行分析、评价。结果:共检索到舒血宁注射液致不良反应个案报道54例,其致不良反应与患者性别、年龄和溶剂、剂量、联合用药等存在相关性,并以30 min内出现的速发型过敏反应为主(30例,占54.55%),以过敏性休克最为严重。舒血宁注射液致不良反应累及多个器官和(或)系统,主要包括全身性、皮肤及其附件、呼吸系统、循环系统和神经系统损害等。结论:临床应用舒血宁注射液时应加强监测,保障用药安全。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ ADRs） caused by Shuxuening injection for clinical reference of rational use of drug and risk management. METHODS： The relevant literature of ADRs caused by Shuxuening injection were retreived from CNKI（ January 1979-March 2014） for analysis and evaluation. RESULTS： 54 cases of Shuxuening injection-induced ADRs were collected. The ADRs were closely associated with patients＇ gender and age,solvents,dose,drug combination etc,and which mostly appeared as type Ⅰhypersensitivity reaction occurred within 30 min（ 30 cases,54. 55%） with anaphylactic shock the most severe type.Multiple systems and（ or） organs were invovled in Shuxuening injection-induced ADRs,manifested mainly as systemic damage,lesions of skin and appendages,respiratory system,circulation system and nervous system. CONCLUSIONS：ADR monitoring of Shuxuening injection should be strengthened during clinical use in order to ensure medication safety.
