摘要
儿童专科医院空间布局的合理性对提高儿童就医可达性和改善儿童健康水平具有重要作用。本研究采用北京市出租车轨迹、医院及人口等多源数据,运用增强两步移动搜寻法分析了北京市六环内儿童专科医院的潜在就医可达性和实际就医可达性。结果表明:六环内儿童专科医院的潜在可达性分布不均,五环与六环间的西北部、西南部和东部地区是明显的缺医区;六环内实际可达性均值高于潜在可达性,但空间差异性更大;潜在可达性的评价结果低估了三环内及规模较大医院周围地区的实际可达性,而高估了三环到五环之间区域的实际可达性。研究结果揭示了儿童专科医院医疗服务供给的空间不平等性,有助于为促进北京市儿科就医均等化提供依据。
Children’s health is a concern of both the World Health Organization and the United Nations.Improving the health services for children is also an important part of the“Healthy China 2030”Plan.Beijing boasts high-quality and rich pediatric healthcare resources.However,77.5%of pediatricians are providing services in the children’s hospitals,and a large number of local children and non-local children utilizing pediatric healthcare resources in the children’s hospitals in Beijing.This has resulted in a persistent supply shortage.As important pediatric healthcare resources,the spatial distribution and allocation of the children’s hospitals have a vital impact on the accessibility to pediatric healthcare services and the promotion of the children’s health.By utilizing the enhanced two-step floating catchment area(E2SFCA)method and taxi GPS data,this study assessed and visualized the accessibility of the children’s hospitals within the Sixth Ring Road of Beijing.We also compared the potential accessibility with actual accessibility using road network time and taxi travel time.The results show that:①The potential accessibility of pediatric healthcare services is unevenly distributed.The northwestern,southwestern and eastern areas between the Fifth Ring Road and the Sixth Ring Road lack pediatric healthcare services.②The average value of actual accessibility is higher than that of potential accessibility,but the spatial differences of actual accessibility is greater than that of potential accessibility.The northern region within the Sixth Ring Road of Beijing has better actual accessibility than the southern region,with the southeastern region having the lowest actual accessibility.③The potential accessibility of the area within the Third Ring Road and around the suburban large-scale hospitals is underestimated,while the potential accessibility in the area between the Third Ring Road and the Fifth Ring Road is overestimated.These findings suggest three key strategies to improve the equity in accessib
