摘要
城市绿地是影响居民生活质量、城市生态环境的核心基础设施。但由于绿地的公共属性,绿地的价值难以量化评估,使绿地在城市建设开发过程中屡次被忽视。本文综述了目前学术界对于绿地生态、社会、经济效益的主要量化评估研究方法,以及绿地效益与绿地空间结构关系的研究进展,并从绿地效益的综合测算、绿地结构与功能等方面提出研究展望。
Urban green space is the core infrastructure that affects peoples quality of life and urban ecological environment.However,due to the public property of green space,the value of green space is difficult to estimate,green space is often ignored in the process of urban construction and development.This paper summarizes the main quantitative assessment methods in ecological,social and economic benefits of green space,and the research progress of the relationship between green space benefits and structure,and puts forward the research prospect in the comprehensive calculation of green space benefits,structure and function.
