新型液压升船机的设计和实现研究

摘要 研究一种采用电子液压助力系统的新型液压升船机。对新型液压升船机中的电子液压助力系统工作数据进行构成分析,采取神经网络设计方法对新型液压升船机的电子液压助力系统进行状态评价,新型液压升船机的专用液压升降手与升船箱的连接机构采取复合材料进行设计,完成对该复合材料的化学工艺及结构工艺技术路径,并对此复合材料的结构力学稳定性进行研究,实现新型液压升船机的稳定运行,设计的新型液压升船机运行状态仍可满足规程要求,所以,应在对新型液压升船机设计的复合材料进行选型设计,实现新型液压升船机的各项功能目标。 A new type of hydraulic ship lift with electronic hydraulic power system is studied.This paper analyzes the composition of the working data of the electronic hydraulic booster system in the new hydraulic ship lift,evaluates the state of the electronic hydraulic booster system of the new hydraulic ship lift by using the neural network design method,designs the connection mechanism between the special hydraulic lifting hand and the lifting box of the new hydraulic ship lift by using composite materials,and completes the chemical process and structural process technology path of the composite materials,The structural mechanical stability of the composite was studied.The stable operation of the new hydraulic ship lift is realized.The operation state of the new designed hydraulic ship lift can still meet the requirements of the code.Therefore,it is necessary to select and design composite materials for new hydraulic ship lift.To achieve the functional objectives of the new hydraulic ship lift.
