摘要
本文从大坝抗震安全角度概述了四川汶川8.0级地震的特点,简要介绍和分析了地震中大坝的震情,特别是震区几个百米以上高坝的震害,初步归纳了此次地震的启迪和教训。对于此次地震后国内外提出和关注的若干问题,诸如:是否要在多地震的我国进行高坝建没;如何评价在我国西部强震区兴建一系列高坝的抗震安全性以及汶川地震是否有可能与紫坪铺及三峡等工程水库蓄水有关等等,阐明了作者的观点和认识。最后,提出我国高坝水库抗震安全的重点应是防止其严重地震灾变,探讨了其存在的主要问题及解决途径,并提出了相应的建议。
Some special features of Wenchuan Earthquake took place on May 12, 2008 in China are noted from the view point of dam safety. The damages and behaviors of dams in the area affected by the earthquake are briefly described. Lessons learnt from this devastating earthquake are preliminarily drawn. Some questions related to dam construction in China are discussed, such as: "does high dam construction is necessary in China as she is a seismic country", "how to evaluate the seismic safety of high dams built in the west region of China with seismogenie structure", "whether the impounding of the reservoir of Zipingpu Project and the Three Gorges Project could trigger the Wenchuan Earthquake" and "what is the major challenge has to be faced for Chinese engineers in aseismie aspects". Finally, the corresponding countermeasures responding to the challenge are suggested.
