摘要
随着地铁建设的迅速发展,车站的开挖深度逐步加大再结合车站周边荷载围护形式等因素,多数地铁车站均会设计钢换撑。为减少钢换撑对已浇筑完成结构的影响,同时为降低钢支撑安拆时吊装的危险性及对支撑架体的影响,使用承插型盘扣式桁架来替代钢支撑。承插型盘扣式桁架支撑采用支撑架体水平杆调节支托、与盘扣桁架共同形成内支撑作用。盘扣式桁架替换钢支撑施工技术应用于天津地铁8号线车站基坑工程,实践证明方案具有施工快捷、危险性低、适用性强等优势,但应用在地下三层以下车站还需要在施工技术方面继续深入研究。
With the rapid development of subway construction,the excavation depth of stations is gradually increasing.Combined with the load envelope form around stations and other factors,most subway stations will be designed with steel brace.In order to minimize the influence of steel brace change on the finished structure,and reduce the risk and the influence on the support frame during installation and dismantling,the disk lock steel tubular scaffold is used to replace the steel brace.The disk lock steel tubular scaffold adopts the horizontal rod of the support frame body to adjust the support bracket,and the rod with disk lock steel tubular scaffold truss form an internal support effect.The technology of disk-buckle scaffold has been applied in foundation pit engineering for the station of Tianjin Metro Line 8.Practice has proved that this construction scheme has advantages such as fast construction,low risk and strong applicability.However,for stations below three underground floors,further research on construction technology is needed.
