从病理生理机制谈中药改善糖尿病认知功能障碍 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病是一种以糖代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗为特征的慢性代谢性疾病,其患病人数日益剧增,越来越受到人们的重视。机体长期处于高血糖状态不仅会导致血管损伤、器官损伤,还可引发中枢神经系统相关并发症,显著增加认知功能障碍等神经退行性疾病的风险。糖尿病认知功能障碍的发病机制复杂,尚未完全阐明,其中糖代谢异常、胰岛素信号转导异常、内质网应激、神经炎症通路、线粒体代谢异常、tau蛋白磷酸化以及Aβ沉积等均参与其中,共同组成了复杂而相互关联的发病机制。近年来,中药在改善糖尿病认知功能障碍方面取得了较大的进展。该文旨在综述有关糖尿病诱导认知功能障碍的危险因素和病理生理机制,以及相关中药治疗和预防糖尿病认知功能障碍的研究进展。 Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by glucose metabolism disorder and insulin resistance.Long term hyperglycemia will not only lead to vascular damage and organ damage,but also lead to central nervous system related complications,significantly increasing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as cognitive dysfunction.The pathogenesis of diabetes cognitive dysfunction is complex and has not yet been clarified,including abnormal glucose metabolism,abnormal insulin signal transduction,endoplasmic reticulum stress,neuroinflammatory pathway,abnormal mitochondrial metabolism,tau phosphorylation and Aβdeposition are all involved in it,which together constitute a complex and interrelated pathogenesis.In recent years,Chinese medicine has made great progress in improving the diabetes cognitive dysfunction.This article aims to review the risk factors and pathophysiological mechanisms of cognitive dysfunction induced by diabetes,and the research progress of related traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment and prevention of cognitive dysfunction in diabetes..
