摘要
基于受弯构件合理的强度和刚度设计原则,工字型截面梁在工程中得到了广泛的应用。但在实际工程中,工字型截面梁可能受到拉压、弯曲及扭转等组合变形的影响。目前,现有研究主要集中于矩形截面梁在组合变形影响下的截面应力分布情况。为此,利用有限元软件模拟了工字型悬臂梁在拉伸、弯曲及扭转组合变形过程,并详细分析了梁危险横截面的正应力及切应力分布规律,探讨了不同变形对截面应力的影响规律,研究结果可为工程设计提供技术支撑。
Based on rational design principles for strength and stiffness of structural members under bending,I-shaped cross-section beams have found extensive applications in engineering.However,in practical engineering scenarios,I-section beams may be subjected to a combination of deformations,including tension,compression,bending,and torsion.At present,the existing research mainly focuses on the stress distribution of rectangular section beams under the influence of combined deformation.In this paper,finite element software is used to simulate the combined deformation process of tension,bending and torsion of a cantilever beam with I-section.The distribution law of normal stress and shear stress of dangerous cross section of beam is analyzed in detail,and the influence law of different deformation on cross section stress is discussed.The research results can provide technical support for engineering design.
