地铁深基坑变形监测及支护结构设计优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 以深圳地铁4号线某车站为对象,对地铁深基坑变形监测进行了分析,并根据实际工程存在的不足,提出采用正交试验法对支护结构的安全性和综合造价成本进行优化。监测显示,实际工程的地表沉降值最大为20.14 mm,水平位移最大为27.4 mm,均在标准限值范围内。经正交试验优化后,支护结构的桩径、桩间距、桩嵌固深度、支撑间距为1.0 m、1.75 m、14 m、6 m,数值模拟的最大水平位移和造价分别为31.43 mm、101.58万元。相比之下,优化后的位移增量较小,造价成本大幅降低,说明此次优化有明显的效果。 Taking a station of Shenzhen Metro Line 4 as an example,this paper analyzes the deformation monitoring of the deep foundation pit of the metro,and puts forward the orthogonal test method to optimize the safety and comprehensive cost of the supporting structure.Monitoring shows that the maximum surface settlement value of the actual project is 20.14 mm,and the maximum horizontal displacement is 27.4 mm,both within the standard limit range.After orthogonal experimental optimization,the pile diameter,pile spacing,pile embedding depth,and support spacing of the support structure were 1.0 m,1.75 m,14 m,and 6 m,respectively.The maximum horizontal displacement and cost of numerical simulation were 31.43 mm and 1.0158 million yuan,respectively.Compared with the optimized displacement increment,the cost was significantly reduced,indicating that this optimization has a significant effect.
